RHEALIS DF-P
Rhealis™ DF-P is a foam control additive highly recommended for use in combination with Ethacryl™ products and all types of Superplasticizers in concrete admixtures and in gypsum wallboard manufacturing. It is aliquid type defoaming agent, efficient at low dosage and easily dispersible.
RHEALIS™ 2449
The dispersions of fillers or extenders, particularly iron oxide, very fine calcium carbonates and clays in water based systems must be achieved easily with common stirrers without forming agglomerates or causing a viscosity build up. Usual inorganic dispersants such as phosphate based dispersants are not able to solve this problem satisfactorily: their deflocculating effectiveness is limited by the fineness of the extenders used and their poor temperature stability (degradation through hydrolysis) affects the long term stability. Rhealis™ 2449 has been especially developed to overcome these problems. It ensures the complete dispersion of extenders and inorganic pigments at high solids contents in systems showing medium to high PVC (Pigment Volume Concentration).
RHEALIS™ 100
Rhealis™ 100 is an additive for vibrocompacting concrete specially adapted to the pavements and other block manufacturing. It increases the water content with same behavior during the block manufacturing, allows the reduction of the cement content, the increase of the block’s strength and provides better surface quality of the final product. It provides excellent workability. Liquid, easy to formulate.

BR 100 P
Gloss emulsion paints require the use of thickening agents which give various properties such as water retention and rheological properties (film build, Brush-ability and levelling of the film). Usual thickeners in emulsion paints provide poor rheological properties, giving a bad film build and levelling or a poor compatibility with the various paint components, and a decrease of the gloss level due to the formation of a haze after drying. BR 100 P has been especially designed to solve these problems. It is suitable for the thickening of anionic and non-ionic emulsions and particularly with styrene-acrylics, vinyl-acrylics and other copolymers. Beside gloss emulsion paints, the main applications for BR 100 P are in semi-gloss, interior and exterior flat emulsion paints, in anti-corrosive paints, in adhesives.
BR 125 NPF
BR 125 NPF is a polyurethane associative rheology modifier which gives formulations a unique Newtonian rheological profile characterised by a low viscosity at low shear rate and a high viscosity at high shear rate.The main applications for BR 125 NPF are gloss emulsion paints, semi-gloss, flat dispersion paints. Formulation of anticorrosive paints or adhesives can also be based on BR 125 NPF.
COADIS™ 173
Coadis™ 173 is a versatile polyacid dispersing agent imparting an excellent performance accross a wide range of waterborne paint formulations. It is designed for flat to semi-gloss paints, anticorrosion paints, caulks and sealants and other formulations showing high rates of mineral pigments and requiring a limited water absorption. Also suitable for oxide pigments and more specifically zinc oxides.

Coapur™ 3025 is a solvent-free and APEO free pure associative polyurethane thickener (also called HEUR, NISAT or NSAT). It provides a pure Newtonian rheology to water-borne systems. It allow to adjust selectively high shear viscosities and thus ensures excellent film build, spatter resistance and leveling together with low dosage and flexibility of use.
COAPUR™ 3320
Coapur™ 3320 is a non-ionic, associative and solvent free rheology modifier provinding a Newtonian behavior to water-borne systems. Coapur™ 3320 allows to adjust selectively high shear viscosities with a high efficiency and thus ensures excellent film build, spatter resistance and levelling together with flexibility of use.
COAPUR™ 520 W
Coapur™ 520 W is a solvent-free and APEO-free HEUR thickener. It provides a very balanced rheology profile contributing to high-shear viscosities and medium-shear viscosities. As a consequence it provides a very good leveling in satin paints and improve significantly spattering resistance while offering also some antisettling properties. Furthermore, it provides very good response and efficiency in VAE binders. This new polyurethane thickener could therefore easily replace the use of a combination of high-shear and low-shear thickeners.
COAPUR™ 830 W
Coapur™ 830 W is a solvent and Alkyl Phenol Ethoxylate (APE) free polyurethane thickener designed for all types of water based formulations, especially the solvent free formulations. Coapur™ XS 71 is a solvent free polyurethane thickener recommended for water based systems which should combine high in can viscosities with excellent pigment compatibility, for further use on tinting machine or manual coloration. Coapur™ XS 71 offers a unique pseudoplastic rheology profile, performing also strongly at medium shear rate and significantly at high shear rates. Its use ensures a smooth structure and an optimized easiness of coat with no spatter. Coapur™ XS 71 ensures the best color development possible while using pigment pastes, even in presence of problematical binders. COAPUR™ XS 83
Coapur™ XS 83 is a solvent-free polyurethane thickener recommended for water-bases systems which should combine high in-can viscosities with excellent pigment compatibility, for use on tinting machine, manual coloration, industrial and architectural coatings. Coapur™ XS 83 provides a unique pseudoplastic rheology profile with a strong shear-tinning behavior. Its use ensures a smooth structure and an optimized ease of application by spray, roller or brush. The highly pseudoplastic rheology profile, combined with a fast recovery of the viscosity following the application makes the Coapur™ XS 83 suitable for industrial and decorative applications requiring high film thicknesses and excellent sag resistance. Coapur™ 5535 is a solvent – and emission-free associative non ionic thickener designed to provide a high thickening effectiveness in water-borne coatings based on the most recent solvent-free binders (e.g. terpolymers). Coapur™ 5535 use is therefore very cost-effective in matt and semi-gloss dispersion paints, where properties such as in-can structure, brushability and film build are needed.
COAPUR™ 817 W
Coapur™ 817 W is a solvent-free and APEO free pure associative polyurethane thickener (also called HEUR, NISAT or NSAT). It can be used sole or in combination with other polyurethane thickeners or with other types of rheology modifiers such as acrylic or cellulosic thickeners. It increaseases specifically viscosities at medium and high shear rates in order to improve tool load, film build, leveling and brush drag.
COAPUR™ XS 22
Alkyd emulsion binders interact in a specific way with fillers, pigments and various hydrophobically modified additives in comparison with current water based emulsion binders (acrylic, styrene acrylic, ethylene vinyl acetate). Their reactivity is generally stronger which results in higher viscosities, particularly at low shear rares, and poorer storage stability. Considering those requirements, Coatex has designed Coapur™ XS 22, a specific thickener for alkyd emulsion system.
CRAYVALLAC® MT
CRAYVALLAC® MT is a micronised amide modified hydrogenated castor oil rheology modifier for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings.
CRAYVALLAC® MT is suited to coating systems based on aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbon/alcohol blends. Compared to the most basic hydrogenated castor oil based rheology modifiers, CRAYVALLAC® MT is more tolerant to stronger solvents
CRAYVALLAC® SUPER
CRAYVALLAC® SUPER is a high performance, micronised amide wax rheology
modifier suitable for a wide range of solvent-based, high-solids and solvent-free
applications.
CRAYVALLAC® SUPER overcomes those difficulties which exist with
hydrogenated castor oil based rheology modifiers e.g. seeding and false-body.
Consequently, coatings formulated using CRAYVALLAC® SUPER exhibit an
enhanced performance.

ECODIS™ 80
Ecodis™ 80 is an ammonium neutralized polyacrylate dispersing agent for water-based systems. It ensures the complete dispersion of extenders and inorganic pigments at high solids contents in systems showing medium to high PVC (Pigment Volume Concentration). Very versatile and suitable for titanium dixide, Kaolin and calcium cabonates.Besides dispersion paints, the main applications for Ecodis™ 80 are in adhesives and wall paper pastes.
ECODIS™ N
Ecodis™ N is a cost effective dispersant recommended for use in matt dispersion paints. It contributes to shorten the time needed for a proper incorporation of usual fillers and pigments (calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide) even when a high concentration in solids is required.Ecodis™ N also helps to ensure long term viscosity stability to dispersion paints showing a high solids content and/or a high PVC (pigment volumic concentration).
ECODIS™ NP
Ecodis™ NP is designed to disperse and stabilize a wide range of fillers, extenders and inorganic pigments. It enables to achieve mill bases with a high solids content and simultaneously a low viscosity using the most common stirrers or deflocculating tools. Ecodis™ NP is particularly adapted for the dispersion of fine calcium carbonates, clays and high value pigments such at titanium dioxide across a wide range of water based formulations. It ensures a very good storage stability even to formulations stored a long time at higher temperature, which is not the case of inorganic additives such as phosphate based dispersants.Ecodis™ NP contributes to reduce formulation costs thanks to its high effectiveness and to the reduction of grinding time.

RHEOTECH™ 4200
Rheotech™ 4200 is an associative acrylic thickener designed to improve both the rheology and the color acceptance of water based formulations. Its outstanding effectiveness at medium shear rates allows to control very easily the perceived quality of paints during handling and to facilitate coating by roll or by bush, especially for finishing touches. Rheotech™ 4200 ensures safe additions of colorants in water based formulations, limiting viscosity changes and rub-out issues. Rheotech™ 4200 can be used in every kind of alkaline water based formulation and particulary in solvent and Alkyl Phenol Ethoxylate (APE) free formulations.
RHEOTECH™ M 03
Rheotech™ M 03 is a highly effective associtive acrylic thickener especially designed for water-based putties and textured coating formulations. Rheotech™ M 03 provides high viscosities at low and medium shear rate thinning behaviour. It is therefore giving a good body and high build to formulations while echibiting ease of application.
RHEOTECH™ 4925
Rheotech™ 4925 is an acrylic associative thickener for water-based systems (also called HASE). It provides a pseudoplastic rheology profile and therefore enhance viscosities at low shear rates together with a valuable appearence. It is particularly efficient in systems with a very low binder content exhibits an outstanding behaviour towards coloring.
RHEOTECH™ M 02
Viscoatex™ 330 is a synthetic alkali swellable liquid, solvent free thickener for water-borne systems, effective to increase low shear viscosities as well as yield values. Its use in textured coatings stops sagging and gives a good body to the coating without decreasing brushability. In adhesives, particularly on vertical surfaces, it provides excellent resistance to movement immediately after application.
VISCOATEX™ 46
The use of Viscoatex™ 46 in water-based systems allows an increase in the yield value (i.e. low shear viscosity). Its use in textured coatings stops sagging and gives a good body to the coating without decreasing brushability. In paints and adhesives, Viscoatex™ 46 avoids the formation of syneresis and sagging. In pigments and extender dispersions (pigment pastes or slurries), the use of Viscoatex™ 46 avoids settling.

Viscoatex™ 730 is a synthetic alkali swellable, solvent free and liquid thickener for water-borne systems, highly effective to increase low shear viscosities as well as yield values. Levels of use can thus be significantly reduced by replacing usual low shear effective thickeners with Viscoatex™ 730.
